Conditional Use Permit Application & Home Occupation Permit (Fee: $120)

A Conditional Use Permit process is for uses, which because of their potential impact on neighboring properties or because of their public service nature, should receive Planning Commission review. In this manner, detailed consideration can be given to factors affecting the suitability of the proposed location. (PMC 19.72)

All conditional use permit applications are reviewed by the Planning Commission. The commission follows certain criteria (PMC 19.72.020) that guides them in deciding whether a permit should be granted.

When applying for a permit, please provide a site plan showing existing and proposed structures, elevation of proposed structures, and distances from property lines. See How to Create a Site Plan.
