For several years, the PEDC has focused on the need for improving marine services, specifically the development of a small vessel haul out and boat work yard in Scow Bay.

• Land Acquisition
• Development of a Preferred Alternative
• Bathymetric and Geo-technical Surveys
• Preliminary Engineering Design (35% complete)
• Environmental Permitting Applications
• Recently awarded $4 million in federal funding
