Absentee Ballot Revoting & Hand Count

An error was made during initial ballot preparation for the October 4, 2022 Municipal Election, and the name of a candidate for the Harbor and Ports Advisory Board was inadvertently omitted. The official ballot has been revised and reprinted.

The full list of candidates for the Harbor and Ports Advisory Board is as follows:

            Raliegh Cook

            Casey Knight

            John Murgas

            Scott Roberge

If you absentee or early voted prior to Tuesday, September 27, 2022, and you wish to re-vote a ballot due to this error, you may do so at the polls on election day by requesting to re-vote your ballot. 

All absentee and early ballots and write-in candidates will be hand counted on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in the Assembly Chambers of the Municipal Building beginning at 10:00 a.m.  The hand counted totals will be added to the ballot reader totals from Election Day and Clerk Thompson will publish the unofficial election results by end of business October 5, 2022.
