Application and Permit:

Customers are encouraged to continue submitting applications and building plans by email. Paper applications are available for pick-up/drop off outside the Community Development Office, First Floor, Municipal Building, 12 S. Nordic Drive. 

Application and Permit Fees: 

Customers may pay permit fees by credit card by calling 772-4425. Application fees also may be paid in person by cash, check, or credit card at the Finance Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, 12 S. Nordic Drive. or by using the dropbox outside the Municipal Building.

Building & Electrical Inspections: 

Please contact the Building Official to schedule building & electrical inspections.
