Minor Lot Consolidation Application ($50)

A Minor Lot Consolidation may be used to consolidate four or fewer abutting lots of record into one. 

The application is reviewed by the Community Development Director for eligibility with the criteria (PMC 18.17.010). A consolidation found ineligible under this procedure may be consolidated under the Replat process.
