Building Notification outside of Service Area 1

As per a revised Petersburg Borough Development Code being approved by the Borough Assembly on December 17, 2018, the following has been added. 

1.2.080

D. Notification Outside of Service Area 1. Notification of any structure or part thereof erected, moved, reconstructed, extended, enlarged, or otherwise altered outside of Service Area 1 shall be submitted to Borough Finance Director no later than 6 months following construction. No fee shall be assessed by the borough for reviewing or processing a building notification form.

We have created a Building Notification Form for your convenience and ease of reporting. Please complete the form and remit it to the Petersburg Borough Finance Office.
