Marine Passenger Fee

The Marine Passenger Fee Ordinance was adopted on March 5, 2018.  

There is a $5 per person, per cruise, marine passenger fee to fund services and infrastructure rendered to or for the benefit of cruise ships and cruise ship passengers visiting the Borough.

This fee applies to ships having overnight accommodations for over 20 passengers. More details can be found in the documents and forms below.
