Invitation to Bid: Petersburg Blind Slough Construction Contract

Project Scope of Work
The Petersburg Borough is seeking bids to complete the Blind Slough Hydroelectric Project Construction Contract. This contract is generally comprised of:
- Demolition and construction activities to accomplish the complete replacement and refurbishment of 1950’s era equipment with owner-supplied generating equipment and switchgear
- Replacement and realignment of a portion of the lower penstock
- Piping modifications for the Crystal Lake Hatchery emergency water supply
- Other changes and modifications detailed in the plans and specifications

A pre-bid site visit will be arranged and scheduled for October 24 and 25, 2022 to ensure that bidders are familiar with the project site and the scope of the work.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the Petersburg Municipal Power and Light (PMPL) building at 11 S. Nordic Drive in Petersburg. The bids will be opened publicly in the PMPL conference room immediately following this deadline.
