(3 ea) of the following: 6” discharge elbow; 2” SCH40 316L SS Pipe (40’ per pump, 120’ total); Upper Guide Rail Bracket – 2”; Intermediate Guide Rail Bracket; 316 SS Lifting Chain (25’ per pump, 75’ total); 316 SS Shackles (2 per pump, 6 total)

The above listed items are for a set of 3 pumps and related equipment to be installed in Petersburg’s new Pump Station 4, which will be constructed in spring/summer 2025. Data sheets containing pump specifications and performance info are attached (8 pages total). Project documents for the Pump Station 4 project including a planholders list are available upon request. The successful bidder can be expected to be contacted by the Pump Station 4 Contractor regarding commissioning and other project support. Do not include costs for commissioning in this bid.

Price for above pumps and equipment shall include freight to the barge terminal located in Petersburg. Petersburg Borough will pick up the pumps and equipment at the barge terminal and transport them to the work site. Pumps must be available for pickup by Borough no later than May 1, 2025.

To be considered, sealed bids must be received no later than 2pm on Friday, January 10th, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened publicly at the Public Works office.
