Notice is hereby given that the Petersburg Borough will receive proposals for on-site construction administration and inspection services for the Culvert Replacement Project – Public Works Shop Yard. This project generally consists of the replacement of a failed 60” diameter steel drainage culvert with a new 120” diameter aluminum culvert. Length of the culvert is approximately 210 feet and depth of fill to the bottom of the new culvert will be approximately 40 feet. Duration of construction is estimated to be approximately 6 weeks and will likely commence in late June or early July of 2022. The selected On-Site Construction Administrator (OCA) will be under contract to the Petersburg Borough with contract terms to be negotiated and will function under the direction of the Borough’s Public Works Director.

Proposals for on-site construction administration and inspection services will be received by the Petersburg Borough, PO Box 329, Petersburg Alaska 99833, located at 303 South 2nd Street, Petersburg, Alaska, 99833 until 2pm prevailing time on June 16, 2022.
